The Board of Governors have elected Mr Giancarlo Marcheggiano to be the new Secretary-General starting from 1.10.2016!
Giancarlo Marcheggiano was a deputy-director in european school Brussels 1 from 2001-2007. After that he was upgraded to director of European school Munchen. In 20212 he bacame deputy secretary general of European schools.
Finally, Giancarlo Marcheggiano took over duties of secretary general of European schools in 2016 and still holds this possition.
